You are free to add to, delete from or in any way you wish change your website within the free support period, but please note that we do not support any changes made to your site by you or anybody else who has not had prior written authority from Tudor Web Design to do so.

Sometimes things do go wrong and we want to work with you to resolve any issues you have as quickly as we can. We operate an easy-to-use support system where you can alert us to any issues you have.
Our support system is found within our password-protected customer area, which has the advantage of authenticating your details to Tudor Web Design. Good security has never been so important to protect our customers from identity fraud. Our support system also sends lots of basic account information to Tudor Web Design to save you the trouble of repeating yourself.
