How long will it take for my website to be setup?
All of our website designs are bespoke and it is therefore almost impossible to to give the precise length of time it will take to design/re-design & develop a website without knowing exactly what a clients requirements are. All quotes given include a time frame for completion of the project.
Do I have to use your domain registration and hosting services?
No, if you have or want to register a domain name and or hosting elsewhere we are still able to supply you with one of our fantastic website designs, but please note that there will be no reduction in the cost of your design package should you wish to do so.
Hosting & Domain Name Account Setup Questions
How long will it take for my web hosting account to be setup?
All web hosting accounts are activated in real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We send your welcome email within ten seconds of your account being ordered!
How long will it take for my new domain name to become active?
Domains are registered as soon as you order them, however it can take between 24 and 72 hours for them to become visible on the Internet.
Can I buy a domain name, but not buy web hosting?
Yes, you do not have to buy the web hosting when you buy a domain name.

How can I pay for my web design, web hosting account or domain name?
Our preferred payment method is PayPal, we also accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Delta via Nochex and Google Checkout
We regret that we do not accept cheque, postal orders, standing orders or cash.
Can I have a free trial of a web hosting account?
No we don't offer free trials as all of our web hosting accounts offer a no fuss 30-day money-back guarantee so if you don't like your accounts simply let us know. Please note that this offer excludes domain name fees.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, every time you buy a product from us we will email you an invoice, invoices are also available to view and print at any time in your control panel.
